The policy also gives enhanced support to SC/ST entrepreneurs, women, persons with benchmark disabilities (PwBD) and young entrepreneurs, along with assistance for technology acquisition and quality certification for ODOP units.
Each Rajasthan district has an identified product (its ODOP) — for example Blue Pottery & Gems in Jaipur, Wooden Furniture & Handicraft in Jodhpur, Makrana Marble in Nagaur, Kota Doria in Kota and Textiles in Bhilwara. A new micro or small unit manufacturing its district's identified product is treated as a priority ODOP unit, unlocking the margin-money subsidy above on its eligible project cost.
